When it opened in March 2004, Goodfellows Music Bar became the newest Live Entertainment venue in Magalluf, with entertainment 7 nights a week, hosted by one of the UK's most popular Husband and Wife duos, Adam & Stephanie Jane Goodfellow, as featured on BBC TV's "Bargainhunt" programme hosted by David Dickinson, numerous other TV appearances as well as performances at some of the top Clubs, Theatres and Hotels in the UK, and otherwise known as "The Goodfellows"

Coming originally from Leeds and Hull respectively, Adam & Steff moved to Yorkshire's East Coast resort of Bridlington where they made regular appearances at The Spa Theatre, 3 B's Theatre and the Mon Fort Hotel over a 5 year period, but the lure of a longer (and warmer) Summer Season attracted them to the idyllic Mediterranean Island of Mallorca, where they run and appear at their own Music Bar with the very best sound and lighting as well as hosting visiting guest entertainers from UK, Ireland, Europe and North America. During the height of the season (June - August) when the resort is full of young lively visitors the main attraction is Karaoke, and with tens of thousands of quality tracks to choose from, there have been some memorable nights. Besides presenting the very best in Live Entertainment throughout the year, they also serve some of the best food around, including Ali's famous home-made Indian Curries, and with a large screen TV on the terrace and a Giant Cinema screen inside they show all major sporting events, as well as being one of the first bars to show the hugely popular Peter Kay, Phoenix Nights, Max & Paddy and Lee Evans Videos, and more recently they stage their own on-stage version of "Deal or No Deal" paying out a 250€ Jackpot.

Although the bar and terrace can accomodate over 100 people, Adam and Steff are very "hands-on" and carry out many of the duties themselves, but with the help of Ali, our very own Asian supercook, Joyce (from South Wales) and Maria (from Brighton) our daytime waitresses, and seasonal bar and waiting staff including local barmaid Laura, and Siobhan from Liverpool you will be assured of a warm and friendly Yorkshire, British and International welcome. We've had quite a few celebrity visitors - but everybody is made just as welcome!

Important Note:

We closed the Bar at the end of October 2008, and began work to reform the Bar. However during the course of this work, we decided the scale of the work, and the "Red Tape" was too much, and we decided to concentrate on our other businesses and sold the Bar in May 2009. As if to justify this decision, at the time of writing (July 2009) the new owner has still not completed the paperwork, and is still waiting to re-open.
